On October 18, Janan Bushehri, Kuwait’s Minister of State for Housing and Services inspected Kuwait South AL Mutlaa Housing Project in the company of the Director and Deputy Director of Housing and Welfare Pision, which is covered by many local media. Principal of Kuwait South AL Mutlaa Housing Project Department and Principal of Section I were also present.

Principal of Kuwait South AL Mutlaa Housing Project Department Reports the Progress

This time, Minister Janan Bushehri and the delegation mainly inspected roads and bridges of Section I, curb works of Area N9 and earth-rock works of Area N11 of Section II. To date, rain and sewage construction works in Area N9 have entered the closeout stage and will enter the peak period of shallow pipe trench construction in an all-round way. In the meantime, curb construction is well progressed and the subgrade construction is further advanced. The Minister expressed satisfaction with the construction progress and construction quality of the South AL Mutlaa Housing Project, highly recognized the Project Department’s determination in increasing resource input and blasting capacity in Area N11. He hoped that the Project Department could continue to practice the concept of fairness, cooperation and win-win, and further accelerate the completion of the Project as scheduled.

In an interview with onsite media, Minister Janan Bushehri noted that the South AL Mutlaa Housing Project is the largest municipal project in the history of Kuwait and is now orderly progressed, and that the public institutions for housing security in Kuwait will further enhance the transparency. He hoped that all parties could strengthen the communication and exchange, and make join efforts to accelerate the completion of the Project, thus guaranteeing the housing welfare of more than 20,000 families in Kuwait.

So far, the Project Department are making every effort to ensure smooth completion of the Project.
