The project, funded by the Islamic Development Bank, is located in Bonduku city at northeast of Côte d'Ivoire, and it covers the construction of teaching buildings, libraries, central administrative area, teaching area and living area facilities, with a planned construction period of 24 months.

In the open bidding for the project, CGGC has successfully won the bid by virtue of its excellent project implementation management ability and competitive quotation among local contractors and international contractors in Côte d'Ivoire.

As the first regional market headquarter built by CGGC overseas, the CGGC Regional Headquarter for Northwest Africa has been deeply practicing the development strategy of "regional governance, equal distribution of resources and market-based operation" since its establishment, and constantly increasing investment in the market resources of emerging countries. The bid winning for the project represents the engagement of another important country following the successful breakthrough made by the CGGC Regional Headquarter for Northwest Africa in Niger, Central Africa and other emerging markets.
