CGGC Wins the Bid for Aba-Ikot Ekpene Road Rehabilitation Project in Nigeria

On May 16, CGGC received the Letter of award for Rehabilitation and Duailization of Aba-Ikot Ekpene Road in Abia/Akwa Ibom States issued by Federal Ministry of Power, Works & Housing of Nigeria. The successful winning of the bid marks a step forward taken by CGGC North-West Africa Headquarters. It's the second highway project won by CGGC International in Nigeria, laying a solid foundation for CGGC International to further explore the market in Nigeria.

Project Location

With a total length of 37km, the Project lies across the Abia State and Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and is one of the key infrastructure projects of the country.

As the “Belt and Road” construction keeps advancing, CGGC International takes the rail transit construction including highway and railway, an important carrier and means for connectivity under the “Belt and Road Initiative”, as a key impetus for the development of overseas businesses.
