On August 20, CGGC International successfully signed the EPC Contract Agreement for the 150MW PV Power Station Project in Muna River of Queensland, Australia, realizing the rolling development of the Australian new energy market.

The Project is located in the Muna River region of Queensland, Australia, about 200 kilometers away from Brisbane, the capital city. Covering an area of about 462 hectares, the Project has been granted the development permits and grid connection permits. The main engineering contents of the Project include the design, supply, installation of the PV Power Station, and testing and commissioning of the project equipment and other projects.

The Australian government strongly supports the popularization of new energy. In 2019, new energy power generation accounted for over 24% of its total power generation, of which PV power generation accounted for 32.9% of the total new energy power generation. Queensland plans to support 1,000MW renewable energy power generation projects by 2025, indicating a promising future for the PV market. As an important participant in the development of the global renewable infrastructure market, the Company regards the signing of the Project as an addition to its Australian PV power station map. The Company will fully promote the progress of the Project and provide impetus for local economic development.
